  Manor Coach Emma is running a 2 hour lifting workshop for beginners but this time it’s a strictly gals affair.

If you’ve ever thought about lifting but the thought of getting under that bar feels intimidates you then this workshop is for you. It’s been designed to start building your confidence as well as your technique.

During the sesh Emma will take you through:

 The benefits of lifting weights 

Lifting in your menstrual cycle 

The Squat 

The Hip Hinge
