If you are a TOG resident at Henry Wood House this week is the perfect opportunity to come and meet the Manor team and learn more about what we do. Meet Manor week will consist of trail classes, Lunch and Learn sessions and a Manor health and fitness Q&A pop up in the lounge with healthy food prepared by the TOG cafe.

CAPACITY SESSION

A suck it and see Intro to Manor’s Capacity session with W1 guv’nor Adam Willoughby

What is it?
Capacity sessions targets your cardio vascular and muscular endurance systems through timed intervals getting your heart rate soaring and your muscles burning. 

Why try it?
A tried and tested ways to increase your fitness, lower your body fat and increase your endurance.

FORCE SESSION

A suck it and see Intro to Manor’s Force session. 

What is it? 
Force is Functional strength training for the masses. Join us as we put you through different resistance exercises targeting the body’s natural movement. Using body weight and resistance you will squat, lift, pull and push your way to a stronger more resilient body. 

Why try it? 
Strength training is scientifically proven to lower body and fat raise your metabolism.

Lunch and Learn 

What? 
We give you lunch freeing you up to listen and learn. W1 guv’nor and wellness guru Adam Willoughby will chat about the simple, achievable changes you can make to your lifestyle that will optimise and improve your wellbeing.

What? 
Manor team x TOG café are joining forces to fuel healthy conversations around wellbeing and fitness. Café will be supplying the food and Manor trainers will be on hand to answer all your health and fitness questions.
