ARE THERE SHOWERS AND CHANGING FACILITIES?

Yes, we have showers and changing facilities at All Manors. There are hair dryers and straighteners in the changing rooms. Towels are also available (members free, non-members £1 charge)

 

DO YOU HAVE CLASSES AVAILABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Unless stated all our classes are suitable for beginners. At Manor we’re all beginners, so you have nothing to fear. Just have a chat with the coach beforehand if you have any concerns and so they can adapt your program where necessary.

 

CAN I RENT BOXING GLOVES AND WRAPS?

Wraps get sweaty, so we don’t rent them out. The good news is you can buy them from us (ask your coach or buy from our Shop page) or bring your own. FYI Manor wraps cost £8.

Boxing gloves can be rented for your first few sessions (£1 a pop) However if you are intending to commit to our boxing classes long term, we strongly advise that you invest in your own gloves. Manor sell our own high quality gloves that are available to buy from our shop and reception £70.

 

Do I need to bring my own mat and block for Yoga classes?

All manor all Yoga equipment is provided. But if you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it and use it.

 

What’s your cancellation policy?

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. So please be aware that you will still be charged if you cancel any later. PT cancellations should be agreed directly with your trainer.

 

If I’m Pregnant can I do classes?

General rule of thumb is that you can continue with forms of exercise that you were doing prior to pregnancy. However, before attending classes which involve high levels of plyometric and exercion we strongly advise you consult with your physician before hand. Please mention if you are pregnant to your coach at the start of class, so they are aware.

 

Do you ever do Class deals or packages?

We do. Best thing to do is sign up for our newsletter and then you’ll be aware of all Manor matters including new classes, timetable changes, events, and offers.

 

Do I have to become a member or can I drop in to Manor?

We’re not gonna lie – if you really want to see a difference you need to be working out at least  3 times a week. And if you are doing that it works out cheaper to become a Manor member. Please see ‘join’ page of our website for more information on different mMrship costs – depending on your Manor. That said, unless specified, all our classes are open to drop-in clients.

 

North or South London?

We’re not doing this…
