Our gyms are working gyms, kitted out with what’s necessary for your training, not your ‘gramming. All our locations have changing rooms and showers, just don’t expect the fanciest hand soap, we’re a gym, not a spa.

Then we’ll bring our Manor to yours.
Bringing MANOR to the comfort or discomfort of your own home, hotel room or gym. We have a library of on-demand workouts, a full timetable of live sessions and a programme only option. All sessions are programmed and structured within 8 week cycles and include testing to measure your progress! We have you covered for bodyweight only, limited kit or full gym setup. Join the movement & connect to a community of like-minded people to keep you focussed and motivated on your goals.
