HOW DO THE PROGRAMMES WORK?

The MANOR programme and MCP method build a functionally fit athlete and develop a resilient mindset. MANOR sessions take place at MANOR SE1 Vauxhall and MANOR SW1 Victoria. MCP sessions take place in our unique training space that is the MANOR CAR PARK.

SAME, SAME... BUT DIFFERENT

Like 2 sides of the same coin both programmes develop all aspects of fitness under the principles of ENGINE, LIFT, HYBRID and TEAM. Our programmes works through testing cycles every 6 weeks to measure your progress.

We recommend following a full cycle of each session for optimal results.

    FINISH STRONG FRIDAY

    A philosophy as well as a class-we don’t limp over the line we FINISH STRONG with a testing team-based chipper style challenge at the end of each working week.

    FORCE

    Dumbbells, Kettlebells and mix modality interval work developing skills in dynamic movements.

    YARDWORK

    Our signature no rules workouts utilises laps, ergs, carries and are designed in a way we see fit. These sessions test every aspect of your fitness, strength and mental toughness.

    COMPWORK

    Develop your skills and test your conditioning for our in-house and external functional fitness competitions such as Yardwards, Hyrox and Turf Games.

    CAPACITY

    Cardio intervals and muscular endurance exercises using bodyweight and lighter weights working on assault bikes, ski, row and bike ergs.

    GAS TANK

    Conditioning session designed to develop each energy system using interval-based training methods on assault bikes, assault runners, ergs and yard laps.

    GRUNTWORK

    Develop your strength in unconventional strongman movements. Push, pull, carry, throw, load andhold using sandbags, tyres, yolks, kegs and sleds.

    OLYMPIC LIFTING

    Build explosive strength and power and learn to master key lifts such as barbell cleans, snatches, jerks and complexes.

    VOLUME

    Build strength through conventional compound barbell lifts and build muscle and functional strength wrwith dumbbell, kettlebell & D’balls.
