Short 30 minute blasts of cardio, focussing on anaerobic capacity. Shorter intervals, twice the spice.

Cardio and muscular endurance. Lower weights, higher reps. Big burn.

 

FORCE

Explosive movements focusing on speed and power. A 30 minute strength and conditioning class with lots of sweat! Get in and get it done.

Explosive movements focusing on speed and power. A 45 minute strength and conditioning class with lots of sweat!
