FOUR MANORS. ONE MISSION.

Set up and run by a team of former professional fighters and athletes, at Manor we believe in a straight forward, no gimmicks approach to fitness and training. As our name suggests, our approach is a little more ‘London’ and a little less L.A. L.A. We’re not here to make your training entertaining. We won’t let you bail when we know you have more to give. And we won’t high five you for staying in your comfort zone. We celebrate the struggle, finish the fight and eliminate egos.

We’re not for everyone but we’re here for everybody.

We have four Manors across London in Vauxhall, Victoria, Oxford Circus and Old Street with one shared mission:

OUR CLASSES

We coach how we train. Our classes replicate a fighter's training programme: Train, Fight, Recover to help build stronger bodies and fitter minds.

Our Strength and Conditioning classes have been designed to help improve all round physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance, core stability and strength training. Our classes will help you become stronger, faster and more flexible whilst remaining injury free..

 

CONDITIONING

CAPACITY

Cardio and muscular endurance. Lower weights, higher reps. Big burn.

FORCE

Explosive movements focusing on speed and power. Heavier weights, lower reps, sweat hard.

 

STRENGTH

LIFT

Bars, kettlebells and dumbbells galore. Designed to help build muscle and functional strength with aesthetic results.

YARD WORK

Grit, dust and heavy lifting. Our modified ‘strongman’ sessions are held in The Yard. We call it Yard Work because it’s hard work.

Our Boxcon and Boxing classes aren’t inspired by nightclubs but by the sweet science itself. If you want real boxing training with real boxing coaches our classes will help improve co-ordination, speed and agility, endurance core strength as well as develop an athletes mind-set and focus.

Learn the basics of real boxing technique, endurance and co-ordination. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

BAGS

Smash the bags, team work and body weight conditioning. Real Box Con coached by real fighters. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

SW1 ONLY

BOXING

BOXING

Footwork, shadow boxing, pads, bags and drills. The sweet science in action. A Boxing Induction is required before you can attend this class.

SW1 ONLY

SPARRING

Put what you learn into action in the ring. This class is Invite only. Boxing experience necessary.

Our Recover classes and workshops have been designed to help you unpack this critical component of any training programme. Designed to help maximise your body’s repair mechanism, optimise your training and improve your overall quality of life.

 
 

MOBILITY

YOGA

Flow through various yoga postures, meditation and breath work. This practise will leave your body feeling longer, more mobile and your mind clear, calm and zen AF.

We offer Manor wide one-to-one coaching, small group training and nutritional guidance. Our trainers can help you achieve your personal fitness goals including, body transformation and fat loss programmes, strength and conditioning training, powerlifting, mobility, one to one boxing coaching, sport/event specific training and post injury training.
