If you are a TOG resident at Albert House this week is the perfect opportunity to come and meet the Manor team and learn more about what we do. Running from the 19th Nov until 23rd Nov. Meet Manor week will consist of trail classes, and a Run Club session and a Manor health and Fitness Q&A pop up in the lounge with healthy food prepared by the TOG cafe.

CAPACITY SESSION

A suck it and see Intro to Manor’s Capacity session with EC1 guv’nor Ben Wood.

What is it?
Capacity sessions targets your cardio vascular and muscular endurance systems through timed intervals getting your heart rate soaring and your muscles burning. 

Why try it?
A tried and tested ways to increase your fitness, lower your body fat and increase your endurance.

RUN CLUB

Free Run Club session followed by post run snacks and training talk with Ultra runner and EC1 guv’nor Ben Wood.

Please arrive wearing suitable running gear and be prepared to run for 45 mins.

Force Session

A suck it and see Intro to Manor’s FORCE session. 

What is it? 
Functional strength training for the masses. Join us as we put you through different resistance exercises targeting the body’s natural movement. Using body weight and resistance you will squat, lift, pull and push your way to a stronger more resilient body.

Why try it? 
Strength training is scientifically proven to lower body and fat raise your metabolism.

Pads Session

A suck it and see Intro to Manor’s Pads session. 

What is it?
Ben Wood is an ex professional Thai boxer with 20 pro bouts under his belt, Max Cotton has fought professionally in both mixed martial arts and kick boxing. You will be in good hands as they teach you how to hook, cross and jab. Total body workout using boxing drills, pad and bag work. Warning, could contain burpees.
